Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you to enable a further contact to be made by your chosen hospital to confirm a booking to be seen for professional medical advice.

- a) For purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, ICare4U Ltd is the “data controller”. b) We will retain any Data you submit for 2 weeks.
- c) Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties not direclty involved in your subsequent direct delivery of your care. Facilities and hospitals you may visit have their own GDPR and privacy policies.
- d) All personal Data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.
- e) Data entered by you will stay within the limits of this website. No clinical data is captured, all personal medical records are kept within the secure systems of each hospital facility and are fully GDPR compliant.
We may share this information with Ramsay Health and Spire Health and on occasion with individual specialists and organsiations but only with your expressed permission and wishes.

Your information is securely stored on the ICARE4U company computer.
We keep ‘opted in’ contact details used solely for the purpose of contacting you to arrange a consultation, for a period of 2 weeks. We will then dispose your information by deleting permanenlty all information sent from the ICARE4U computer.
